Does Quality Fence use the same wood products as everyone else?

NO! Quality Fence sources only the highest grade wood products for our wood fences. We use a true 6” wide picket when most others use a stand 5-1/2” picket. We never buy our wood fence lumber from chain hardware and lumber stores.

Will my wood fence come with a warranty?

Quality Fence offers a lifetime warranty on our wood fences that cover the workmanship for the life of the product. This includes loose posts, sagging gates, or other improper installation defects. Wood is a naturally occurring product so it is susceptible to warping and splitting without proper care and treatment like staining. We cannot warranty wood that deforms over time.

Will my gates start to sag over time?

We use metal “no sag kits” for our wood gates to ensure they last a long time. If they do start to sag though, rest assured you are covered by our lifetime warranty.

Can I stain my wood fence?

Yes. Wood fences can be stained in a variety of colors to fit your tastes and preferences. Ask us for more information and a recommendation for local staining companies.
